We offer shipping to all major cities and towns within India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are continuously working to expand our reach, and we will notify our customers if international shipping becomes available in the future.

- Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If there is a delay in processing due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Delivery time for standard shipping is typically between 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the location.
- Express Shipping: If available, express shipping options may reduce delivery times to 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, and public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. We offer the following options:
- Free Shipping: For orders above ₹500, you are eligible for free standard shipping across India.
- Paid Shipping: For orders below the minimum threshold, shipping charges will apply, and the exact charge will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can track the status of your shipment through the respective courier company’s website.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of placing your order. Enter Carts is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Failed Deliveries and Returns
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually try again, or the package will be held at a local depot for you to collect. If the package remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us, and we will contact you to discuss reshipping or refunding your order. Please note that additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
9. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and securely. We use protective materials to prevent damage during transit. If, upon delivery, the package appears damaged, please contact us immediately.
