1. Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Product: The jewellery must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Exclusions: Custom-made jewellery, personalized items, and discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@entercarts.com within the 7-day return window.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy conditions.
- If Approved, You'll be Automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 Business Days.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange your jewellery for a different size, design, or item, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
- The Exchange / Replacement Product Will be Delivered with in 7 Business Days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photographs of the item and packaging.
- We will either provide a full refund or exchange the product at no additional cost.
6. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
